I highly recommend Mr. Edward Slavis of LPT Realty. I found Mr. Slavis's experience as an investor, consultant, property manager, and agent to be invaluable in the sale of my 4 unit apartment building in SE Washington DC. I was impressed with Mr. Salvis's leading The Slavis Group, serving the DMV area, his military service contributing to his disciplined approach to pricing and negotiation in the DMV market. Mr. Slavis was honest with me thorough, responsive, and direct. He is very experienced, relies on preparation, and market data. I received professional photos, multiple listing service, Syndication across major real estate sites, open houses and tours, custom brochures, Floor plan, staging, social media ads, business cards, weekly updates, and more. He didn't practice dual agency. He is a full time agent. When it was time to negotiate buyer broker fees and buyer credits, he informed me and a decision was made. I was informed on what to expect at each step of the sales process. My building went on the market 1/20/26 and we were at settlement on 4/3/26. Fantastic, especially with the ice storm and harsh winter that we had here in DC. He is a great business man and I found him to be a very likable person. Very pleased with my experience.
